Limited Membership

All golf Members are subject to cart fees which have three options: Pay per round, Annual Trail Fees
or Annual Club Cart Fees. Pay per round; $45per person regardless of using a club cart or riding with another
Member in his or her cart. Annual Trail Fees are approximately $600 per year for the first cart and $550 for the
second cart. Annual Club Cart Fee is approximately $1375 single or $1595 family per year. Upon selecting a cart plan,
this is non-refundable or transferable. The Annual fees are billed one time in October granting cart usage for
November 1 thru October 31 the following year. All fees subject to change.
