Amenities built illegally

Pine Hollow built their driving range as well as tennis, pickleball and padel courts illegally without permits. They’re now being sued by neighbors and the town of Oyster Bay to remove all of these amenities. The neighbors have reported multiple incidents of public urination in view of children, even capturing it on video, and asked for signs and trees to mitigate this, which the club has taken no action to do.
